Returns and Exchanges

Please check all goods when received, you then have 7 days to cancel your order, if you wish to cancel please contact us in writing stating your reasons.   You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
The returned item must be unused and, in the case of hosiery, unopened and in its original packaging.   We will then refund the value of the goods.   For returns from outside the E.U. the Customs label should state "goods returned to seller for refund - no duty to pay".
We will not accept for return any used or worn lingerie or panties or any hosiery that has been removed from the packaging or worn due to health and hygiene reasons.

Postal Charges

All items will be sent at a fixed rate Royal Mail Signed For, or Royal Mail International Tracked for Overseas customers, once posted the tracking number will be sent to the customer and this can then be tracked through the Royal Mail track and trace website.   Please note: International customers MUST pick the International postal option, if this is not chosen then the order will be immediately cancelled.


Payment is by PayPal, if you do not have a PayPal account, select the PayPal logo and then select the option of no PayPal account, payment then can be made by card.   We aim to dispatch all items as quickly as possible after funds have been received and cleared, our aim is to dispatch all orders from stock within 1 working day.   Maximum shipping time is 28 days from the UK.
All items are dispatched in plain padded envelopes, there is no mention of the shop or website on the envelope, on the rear of the envelope is a return address label - Mr. K. Pilkington, 1 Sandwell Close, Long Eaton, Nottingham NG10 3RG England.
